The following will serve as Snow & Sauerteig LLP’s manual for compliance with the above laws and regulations as it pertains to security and privacy of medical information that we may receive as a result of our representation of several medical groups. We are designated a Business Associate to the medical providers who are termed covered entities. We also have various sub-contractors who act as our Business Associates in pursuance of our collection activities. The information you provide is shared only with authorized Snow & Sauerteig LLP employees and, if required, the creditor or third party in association with the related matter. Snow & Sauerteig LLP utilizes technological and operational security to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
